Help with Expansion Pack Downloads

Hi

I am seeking help in relation to one of my expansion packs not showing. I have a MacBook and I downloaded the sims 3 onto this through the EA app.

I have originally bought the sims 3 on disc and the expansion packs several years ago. I have generations, seasons, university and island paradise. However, island paradise is the only pack not showing as downloaded? I have tried to enter the code again from the disc box but it says this has already been redeemed.

I have been researching why this is and I can confirm that the email associated with the EA App is the only email I have ever used for the sims so I'm confused as to why one expansion pack isn't showing? I really don't want to purchase this again as I already have! Any guidance on how I should fix this? I have cleared my cache as well.

    @jessica1dx  Does Island Paradise show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  If so, what happens when you try to download it, or do you not see a Download button at all?

    If IP isn't listed under Manage add-ons, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  Take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable).  You can upload this photo when you submit the help request.

    Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
