How can I contact EA support directly about personal account issue

Hello I'm sorry if this is a very stupid question, I was trying to find how to contact EA directly without writing a forum post but here it is.

When I first signed up for Sims 3 I was using a different email, however the email I was using was hacked and I have tried to get it back but it's gone. So I was wondering if there is a way EA can contact me via email so I can swap my email account? My comp has saved my login for sims 3 site but I can't change that either because I've forgotten the password.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the contact page: https://help.ea.com/contactusJust select the relevant items from the drop down boxes and then choose which method of contact you wish.

I have tried to click that and follow the FAQ on how to contact EA/Origin directly.

However it does not appear that EA/Origin have contact us via email or phone anymore.

I desperately need someone from EA/Origin to email me because I would like my old account details back.

Having a similar problem myself. I cannot find email information on the mentioned page, and have been waiting at "less than 5 minutes" queue time in the chat window for nearly an hour. Exceedingly unimpressed.

I had that problem as well; I can't seem to get direct contact even when following all the FAQ's.&nbsp; The options that they say should be there to click on for direct contact just aren't!&nbsp;
