Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me? I have decided to play my Sims 3 discs but I am unable to as all the discs wanna do is install Origin and since I own a windows PC that's not going to happen. How else can I install and run the Sims 3 without Origin please? Many thanks!!
@lovesay4 If your base game disc were old enough, you wouldn't need Origin at all, but it sounds like that's not the case. The cutoff is September 2012; newer discs require Origin to be present and managing the install process.
Anyway, if you've registered your product codes, which you almost certainly would have needed to at some point, you can just sign into the EA App with the same email address and password tied to your Origin account. Sims 3 should be available in your game library, and you can download it from there for free, no discs needed.
