How can I play The Sims 3 without CD on mac????

My computer (MAC) disc reader is broken and it can't find The Sims 3 disc. How could I play The Sims 3 without a disk?????

    Hi


    It's possible to download the game via Origin. If you haven't got Origin on your MAC yet, download it here: http://origin.com/download (just do the MAC version). Log in, if you've registered the games at thesims3.com, the games should already be available for download.

    If you didn't, you should be able to register the codes and then download.

    Make sure to uninstall the disc version before you install the download one.

      you need to uninstall the disc version manually before installing a download version. Wait for a mac helper to tell you how to do the uninstall manually. There is a way to save your game. The Mac helper wil tell you how to do all this.

        OP is there a reason you deleted your post so im not responing to "AIR" Ill let the Mac helper know not to bother since your issue is resolved
