I have the serial number, but it only has 16 letters/numbers instead of 20 and it won't redeem on the sims 3 website. I have the monte vista/hidden springs bundle for reference.
4c144e6677e64d1b This is the proper way to register a Store world. It's worth trying a different browser though. If your code still isn't working, get a refund from EA, as described in the master thread, and try to buy the world again, this time through the website:

And don't try to redeem it in the EA App, which may just consume the code without adding it to your account, as seems to happen a lot these days.
Well I tried that and my codes won't work anymore, and there is no more a chat option in the EA Help, and when I click to continue my case, it does nothing. I can't even ask my money back.
This is super frustrating.
