@sims96fan Occasionally, alchemy elixirs can be bought at the elixir shop that comes with Supernatural; you can place it in any town you want. Otherwise, your sim needs to learn how to make the potion through practice. The Bottled Blessing of the Fae can only be learned at level 10 of the alchemy skill and requires red toadstools, a sunstone, and a fairy damsel. You can read more from Carl's Sims 3 Guide:

Red toadstools can be harvested wild in the world, or you can find and plant their seeds. Sunstones spawn like other rocks and gems. You can also check the stores in town; sometimes they sell elixir ingredients. Fairy damsels can be caught by a high-level fisher, and their preferred bait is glow orbs.
