how do i check crash logs

so i installed viva orgin  updated the game 

and now it saids fail to start check log 

i can not find any logs of the crash anywere 

and the help files installed on the game are about as useful as EA customer service *get better help from a wall*

any ideas as to were to look or how to bypass this issue
