How do I re-register a pre owned game?
Basically, I bought this game off eBay years ago and I still play it (more than Sims 4 tbh) but it isn't registered to my account which sucks.
I clearly own the game because I've had it forever so.

@NinjaStahh First you never owned the game. When purchased you pay for a license to use the software. Remember the EULA (end user license agreement) you agreed to the first time you started the game? If you bought the game off Ebay I'm assuming it was used and if you can't register the code to Origin that means you don't own the license - someone else does. He who owns the code has the right to play it. Did you try to redeem the code in Origin?
