@MandyLovesPink35 There's no point in reporting a bug, at least not in terms of getting the attention of developers. Sims 3 has been out of development for a decade now, and there's no one around to fix the residual problems.
If you'd like help troubleshooting your issue, feel free to ask. Describe what you see in the game, and list any mods you use.
l just talked to Ea and they told me to report a bug for my sims 3 Launching since it keeps crashing on me so I need to know how so they can fix it
@MandyLovesPink35 Again, EA is not going to fix anything. There is not a single current employee working on the game itself, and there hasn't been for a decade. The support rep you talked to was either greviously misinformed or was simply trying to close the chat once they realized they didn't know how to fix your issue.
If you'd like help, please tell me what happens when you try to play: how far you get, what you see when it goes wrong, any error message, etc. If your computer runs Windows, please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
