I know these are simple questions, but I have spent days insulting the sim after getting a work related reguest to make this sim an enemy. I have purchased a house next door to him, and keep going over to argue, insult him and his home, nothing is working. I have read the other blogs, and will try to call him and flirt with him in front of his home. Are there any other ways to make this sim an enemy?
sounds like your doing it right...in the mean interactions you yell shout insult and you'll see the relationship go down and see enemy
( but it also can depend on the trais your sim has )

Struggled with the same issue.
Poor club bouncer had me fight with him him all night, neglect my bladder, follow him home, then * on his floor.
Declare nemesis was suddenly available and I am now the leader of the free world.
