How to contact a Game Advisor using the new EA Help page.

I need help got new pass word because I try to get to the site over a year ago but nothing so I am trying again the same thing after new password still can`t get to sims3 site it makes me start all over getting very upset why can`t you just fix it and ,ake it like it use to be this is crazy. all my sims2 stuff was on there had no trouble at all.help!!
