sorry you had to go through that, whats the issue with your code ? is it invalid ? too short ? you can try live chat again and if you get the same person you can request another advisor , i do have some FAQ's on codes but it might not be what you need :/

Im so sorry, but I really appriciate you trying to help.
It was a discount code for Origen, but it was not usefull for anything relevant for me - As I only play Sims, and it came with a bunch of ristrictions that made it useless. But I later talked to a higher level person that gave me a code for Dragon walley instead... Im not really in to that, but at least this person understod my point and tryid to make it better.
I have new problems with my game, but just don't want to deal with the "try to reinstall your game" advises... I wish somebody could actually fix it so i didnt have to be such a grumpy player 🙂
If I give you XP - Is it a good thing? Im thinking it is, but just want to be sure its not harmfull to your.
