How to deal with a bad "game adviser" chat?

I just had a chat with Pradeep P. from EA Customer Experience

I did not understand half he was asking me. He was really slow at answering and hardly gave any answers. At the end while i was still asking questions he ended thet chat!!! - And i had been waiting an hour to get through to an "advicer" Im so tired of EA's treatmeant of there customers! I wanted to use a code i had been giving, and its not working - Pradeep P. would not help me. Where do you go after that?!?!?!? Im choked about how rude they are. I dont want to be a customer where they tread people that way.

ooo two origins maybe you found the issue *crosses fingers for you * good luck and have a nice time out 🙂

I think origin works very different on a mac and a pc. But i gave it try and I can't get admin rights that way, but I actually realized it seems like i have two different origins installed! Woops, maybe it should get that cleaned up first 🙂
Im on my way out, but will get that sorted out soon!

Thanks rumbutter, I haven't had time to try yet, but will do so today - I hope its a perfect fix and ill never get a problem again :D
- Lets see... but i might need you to keep those fingers crossed!
I will set this issue as solved, as the subjects is pretty misleading now, if people try to help. But your still welcome to post 🙂
Ill let you know how it worked when i have tried the game a few times and know the effect.
