How to get the full access for sims 3 community ?

I bought the game on HIB and I have registered the game for my account without type in the key. But it returns to me that I just have the partial access So how to get the full access for sims 3 co...

Sorry,I can't realize what do you mean.
I could log into my account on thesims3.com.
I got 500 sims points which the system gifted me.
So does it means that I have registered the game on thesims3.com?

  First of all, you need to log in to your account. Then go to "My Page". And at the bottom-left you can find "Register a Game" button. Click it and then you can register with the serial code (usually 20-digit serial code).
