I'm having the same problem.
I was able to redeem the code from the humble bundle, install the game, and create my Sims 3 community profile.
However it's only telling me that I have partial access. And as such I am unable to login to the Sims 3 launcher when it loads and can only play and save local games.
I've followed every step here http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/IMPORTANT-How-do-I-redeem-my-Humble-Origin-Bundle-code-for-the/m-p/1390706 and now when I try to add a game code using any of the codes found in origin or the humble bundle code its saying the SN isn't correct.
How do I go from having partial access to full access?
I guess that if the starter edition key is just for partial access.
Couldn't you log in?
I can do it,Can you download some mods adding to the game?
So strange

@rekami: Yours sounds fine. The starter pack definitly gives you full access. You only need one EP registered to gain full access.
If logging in doesn't work, try clearing the browers caches on IE.
- 12 years agoIt looks like I nearly solve the issue,So what does EP mean? Expansion packs? I have already registered the EP: Late night! However I still haven't got full access!
