The d3dx9_31.dll dynamic link library file. If you were using Delphy's Installer Helper Monkey it may have automatically put the file in your game/bin. You just need to delete it from all of your game/bin folders under Programs.

Yes that's what its called. Did you check all the game/bin folders under each EP?
