The default replacement skin seems to be the only piece that is working other then that zip. All the billions of my .package files aren't showing up.

I assume you're running some version of Windows. Have you used CC before and if so do you have the Delphy's Installer Helper Monkey? I see from your profile that you have all the games. Are you fully patched too? If you're installing CC for the first time did you miss any of the steps?
