Okay so did you have the EADM at one time and uninstall it?
Is there icon on your desktop?
In your "Electronic Arts" folder under Programs you have nothing in the folder?
Path = C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\EADM\EADMUI

Also, what about the version updates? Are you not wanting to update your game?
