I haven't been holding up version updates, I have just installed the game onto a different computer and had to start all over.
So the one you have in the image appears to be the old, old, version. Look at the dates. When you hover over the EADM.exe (in Windows), it should give you the version number, plus you are missing a lot of other stuff. That might be part of your problem. When you switched computers did you not install the patches after you installed the game? If you didn't you should have. Also did the install the game properly? You have what appears to be many critical folders/files missing.
