Everything looks good and up-to-date except for one thing. You have a chipset as your graphics and its much better to have a separate graphics card.

I don't show that it is supported according to
Min spec for the game listed on this site (which I think are outdated). But I also checked the chart listed on MTS
here. Other than that, if your graphics appear to be showing okay then your DxDiag looks fine.
So now I'm curious how the registry cleaning went and if there were any corrupt files left over when you tried to reinstall causing it not to fully install the first time. What software program are you using to clean the registry?
