Just an update.
Since I've had to refer to this issue with the (Resource.cfg) and simmers browser settings quite a few times, I've updated the guide with the link to the post that will tell you how to do this manually.
I have no way of knowing how you have whatever browser you're using set. Depending on the browser and the settings you have they will react how you tell them. I will not download additional browser to test the settings (not my job), it is up to you to know how your browsers work and how you have them set. It may also require you to have admin rights on your rig. :wink:
