Wherever you download them to. By that I mean whatever folder you setup to download your custom content. Some people place a special folder on their desktop. I have a special folder for 3PCC setup in my Downloads folder. Not the one under Sims 3 but the default one that comes with the Windows operating system.

Mine looks like this. Very organized with sub-folder of where I download from.
