To find out where you game is patched, hover over the base game icon in the launcher. It should look like below.

I'm still at patch 1.63.5 and that is what it states when I hover over my base game icon.

It also states the same on the skuversion.txt file in the game/bin folder under Programs.

Since Generations, it is the base game that gets patched.
