Is the patch 1.0.631.00001 too recent for any nraas mods then idk maybe that's why it isn't working :oops:
If your game is patched at 1.63 then the NRaas mods you install also need to be at patch 1.63. If one mod is not at the same patch level (too old or too new) then none of your mods will work.
Example: Master Controller.
As you can see the base game mod for v1.63 is under Older Versions and v1.66-1.67 is under Versions
(meaning most recent update). However, the sub-mods to the base mods are v1.63-1.67 compatible. Make sure you're downloading the version compatible to your patch.
