I have a question that might be stupid. I had the sims 3 installed in a computer, It got broken. I have a new computer but this one doesn't have a cd drive. Is there anyway to install the game in this new pc without the cd?

Windows 10 and El Capitan no longer support SecuROM and SafeDisc. DRM is now handled by Origin. Do you have an Origin account already? if not download the Origin client software from EA and install and create an account with the same user name and password as you used for thesims3.com. If the game icon is not in the games library then redeem the code and the game icon should appear (it might take some time - close Origin and log back in). You should be able to download the game and it should update to version 1.69 (or later). You will not need a disc to play the game.
