angie59reyes For Sims 3, if you ever registered your codes, in Origin or on the old Sims 3 site, the content should appear in the EA App game library of the account you used to register them. The only exception is the Worlds bundle, which you'd need to download from the Sims 3 Store site.
Sims 4 is free to play now, so you can just add it to your game library, although it should already be there if you ever played it. Sims 4 has always required Origin or the EA App to launch, and for the game to be present in the account of the person trying to play.
Sims Life Stories may be in your EA App account if you registered it previously, but I'm not sure whether you could add it now if you hadn't already.
Sims 2 cannot be registered, but if you did at some point, you may have the Ultimate Collection in your library. A number of years ago, EA added the UC to every account that already owned the game.
Point is, open your EA App library and see what's there. If you don't own any games, try to sign in with any other email address you would have had back when you bought this account.
