I brought "The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle" but Download button isn't work. I redeemed my cord game (Only Moste Vista, the other not yet.) I tried to Download file game from Perchase History but it's doesn't work. I tried to open website on Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Chrome, but nothing work......
Exact problem I'm having with Roaring Heights. It will not download.

Let me know whether it works. I typically use Firefox for the Store and have never had any trouble with it, so I'd suggest trying that first.
If you get an error when trying to download MV, either from its product page or your purchase history, please post a screenshot or write out the text.
I tried in this way too, but it's still not work. 😢If I download from product page it's nothing happen. If I download from Purchase history page it's will open new tab that "about:blank" (not any www. ) and nothing happen.
P.s. Not only world that can't download, objects also can't download from Purchase history.

puzzlezaddict No, I can't. None of the items in my purchase history can be downloaded. The symptoms are similar to the world-loading issue I described earlier.

If this doesn't help either, do you have another computer you could test with? You'd need to install the base game, but that's all; you wouldn't even need to load a save. The point is that while this could be an account issue, it's really difficult to prove from the user side. But a different computer with the same issue would be at least strongly suggestive.
