HTTP 500 Internal Server Error on the sims 3 launcher

I have the error HTTP 500 Internal Server Error on the sims 3 launcher for several days. I've tried almost everything - delete cookies in Microsoft Edge as well, which I see helps others, but not me. What's wrong with my game?

@NeyOnka Are you using a VPN, and if so, does it help to disable it? If not, can you try a different network? For example, if your computer supports wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot (using data, not your home network) and connect to that.
