Humble Bundle: Got 20 digit code on Origin, but Sims 3 game registration page says it's invalid

I have registered the Sims 3 redemption code from the Humble Bundle in my Origin account, and the games were redeemed, I have already installed the Sims 3 Starter Pack - base game + 2 expansions - in my computer.

Registering on the sims3 website is another story.

I have seen the IMPORTANT thread, but it seems to tackle only the problem of people not getting their 20-digit code, only having a 16-digit one.

I have 20-digit codes in my Origin account, but the code is is being considered invalid by the 'My Page -> My Account -> Register a Game' page.

The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.

I have double-checked the code and I am typing it correctly.

EA, please help? An official response?

I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one... What can we do know to play with our humble bundle code

I'm with you. Key is still invalid. I followed every instruction, have the 20-digit code and waited several days now. This is very frustrating.

You need to download Origin. The game will appear in "My Games" Section. The f-u-c-k-i-n-g s-t-u-p-i-d instruction on web is very bulls-h-i-t. You don't need to register the sims 3 again. The registration of the Sims 3, base game, is done between the account registration process. For the expansion pack, you need to register them as the instruction said. They will also appear in the Orgin Software. You can download all games from the Origin Software.
