I am being robbed by someone i don't know named Octavia Mcoy

Hi guys i need help, there is this NPC in my game that is constantly robbing me for no reason and it is not a burglar they are named Octavia Mcoy and they rob me with this sucky thingy can you guys tell me what that is?

you in moonlight falls ? Octiva is a repo your not paying your sims bills if sims don't pay the bills the repo comes to take goods to the value of the bills

to keep am eye on bills when you see the postal worker at your mailbox clcik on the mail box you should see a pie menu which should say something like pay bills whatever amount the bill is for example 221 simleons usually mon and thurs

Yeah, what rumbutter said.
It is the Repo Guy/Girl. They are taking your valuables because you aren't paying your Sim's(s') bills. Apparently they take one or more things, in which the value matching the price of the bill.
Solution: Pay your bills! all you have to do is hover your mouse over to your mailbox, click on it, and if it says (example) "Pay Bills (§1,592)", CLICK ON THAT! There. Your problem is solved 😕mileyhappy:.
