I bought Sims 3 through the humble bundle but it won't download

I got The Sims 3 Starter Pack with the Humble Bundle the other day and I redeemed my codes on thesims3.com as instructed and the game showed up in my games but when I start the download it reaches various levels of completion but then resets back to 0% or 20%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin to no avail and its been about 2 days and it still doesn't download.

    try this Launch Origin and log in with your account - Click Origin in the top left (main menu) - Select Application Settings - From General tab, scroll down to "Update to the beta version if available" and tick the checkbox - Restart Origin This should fix any looping or stuck downloads.

    And how about I redeemed codes on the Sims 3 website but there is no way I can download it or I simply cannot find it. My purchase history is empty. On Origin they say I should download it from the Sims3 website.  What should I do?

    download what ? if it's games you download from your origin account using the same username and password as you have on the sims 3 site if it's items clothes, wolrlds, hair ,furniture then you download from your the sims 3 account-purchase history

    I tried to reedem the code for the Sims3 game on the Origin website (so I can download the game) but a message pops up saying that I have to move to https://www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html to do so.

    ok on the sims3 site try to just log in with the email that you used for origin and the same password
