@123ogulcanefe123 Click Sims 3 itself, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and let me know whether Outdoor Living is on the list. If it is, and you see a Download button, use that. If it says "in-game content," clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer.

If this doesn't help, then the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the entire game. But you don't need to delete your saves, which would have nothing to do with this problem.
