I cannot install the update

I have just start playing The Sims 3 after stopped playing it for a while. My version is still 1.0.631 and I need to install the game update (which is now 1.67). After trying so hard to download it through the game launcher, it didn't work. It said 'There is no available download'. 

I think it because my version is too old. Wherre can I find the newer version to install it manually ? or is there anyway to help me get the version 1.67? Please help.
