@adrianas2cold Try deleting the file labeled [your email].bin in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3. If that doesn't work, open Keychain Access, in Applications > Utilities. Search for sims3 and delete any entries you find. Then delete the .bin file again and test.
