I cannot play the game

I bought it on 2026-08-08

when I opened the launcher and clicked play it gave me the “The license limit for this product has been reached. Please visit https://help.ea.com to contact EA Support for further assistance.” 
I repaired the game to see if it would work and now it doesn’t even launch correctly. It will show the “launching game” message and close the app before reopening it and stopping. 
litreally nothing I have done can fix it and I’m upset, I just want to play the game :(
