Sims 3 Missing Expansions

I've downloaded the EA launcher and picked up Sims 3 for the first time in ages. Just to find out that my Late night and Wold Adventures Expansions are missing from my account. I can't get a hold of an agent via the EA support website and wanted to know if there was anything to be done.
