I cant download from exchange

every time I try to download something from exchange it says that my game isn't registered, I bought the digital download and the game was automatically registered to my account, so I don't understan...

Do you use the same email and password for the Sims 3 website as you use for Origin?

    Yes i use the same for both sites and it won't let me
