@Monthetiff Can you download Roaring Heights from your purchase history? (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) Sometimes a world won't show as owned on its product page but is listed in the purchase history.
If RH isn't there, you'll need to contact EA customer support. Take a photo showing the contents of the RH case, including the case itself as well as the product code—make sure it's readable in the photo—and upload it when you submit your help request.
That was the next thing I did. I found three other worlds in my purchase history, but sadly RH wasn’t there. I contacted EA as soon as I realized the world wasn’t showing up for me, and since then I’ve contacted them about 6 or 7 times. They’ve given me different excuses every time.
@Monthetiff Can you try downloading RH again from the store site? Please try both purchase history and the world page. I flagged this thread and your issue should be fixed, but if it's not, let me know and I or someone else will follow up tomorrow.
I tried again on the store site. It's still not in my purchase history, and when I select the world from under my registered Worlds, the link only allows me to purchase a bundle, not download it. It's like it doesn't recognize that I own the game.
