I can't install Sims 3 Supernatural
I was wondering if I am doing something wrong or something, because I bought Sims 3 supernatural online off origin and I downloaded it and everything but now it just wont install first it is saying P...

Hi, everyone.
I am having the same problem, more or less. I recently have re-installed my Sims 3 and all the other expansion packs I have worked fine, but it doesn't want to install my Supernatural expansion pack at all. It worked fine before I re-installed it. I get an error message that reads: Update of the Sims 3 failed, Setup is unable to continue. I have tried to install Supernatural on another PC, but it doesn't want to install on there either. It gives me the same message. It also goes straight to the wizard; without asking me to put in the serial key. I also have noted that my Sims 3 (base game) version is also different. It changed from 1.0.63 to 1.22.9? Which one is it? Can anyone help me to solve this problem? I badly want to play my Sims Supernatural game; along with the others.
