I can't download the Sims 3 Supernatural from Origin. I hit the download button and nothing happens. I don't get an error message. My game version is 1.69.43.024017.

@danasledge You can try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin itself, which wouldn't affect your installed games.

If you've ever had Supernatural installed on this computer, from any source, you may have leftover files that need to be cleaned up. Here's a guide on cleanly uninstalling TS3 or a pack (use "the hard way"); be sure not to touch the files for your other packs.

Thanks for your help. I completed both of your suggestions, except I couldn't delete the log from the cache because a file or folder in it is open in another program used it or so the message said. Nothing worked. I never installed The Sims 3 on my current computer due to the lack of space in the C drive. Do you have any other suggestions? I appreciate your help. Thanks again.

@danasledge I'm not sure exactly what's going on with the error message you received, but try restarting your computer. If Origin opens at startup, either disable this option or quit it before clearing the cache. Or uninstall Origin entirely (the hard way again, so you're removing everything).
How much space do you currently have free on your hard drives? On which drive is TS3 installed? Windows itself needs a significant amount of free space in which to maneuver, so even if you do get Supernatural installed, you could run into problems as you accumulate saves and other content.
