I cant install the Sims 3 on my new PC

I just got a new computer, I havent been able to play the Sims 3 for a long time because of the problems on my old computer and I tried to install the sims 3 on my new one, i even brought an external disk drive just to able to install each of my Sims 3 games and expansion packs, However I cant do that because its been soo long ive forgotten both my password and username, Is there anyway, i can install these games without! origin, Please! im begging someone anybody to tell me, I already upload the EA account but apprently since i brought my Sims 3 games long after! 2013 the ones i have are said to "only work with Origin'' but again i cant access or create new account, Please! someone i am begging! you is there anything I can do, can install the ones i brought without origin because i cannot! access my account, If anybody who understands my problem and know how to fix or get around Please! tell! me

    PhantomHades123  If your base game disc was manufactured after September 2012, then no, you can't get around the Origin (now EA App) requirement.  The age of the other discs doesn't matter.

    You may be able to recover your account though.  Contact EA customer support and specifically ask about the account recovery process.  Take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable).  You can upload these when you submit the help request.

    I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email.  If you don't see it, try this link:

    Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

    Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in.  Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
