I can't redeem the code for HIdden Springs

Update I got a hold of EA and they checked my code and said that it's valid and they tried to check my account,but it was messed up so I will have to get back with them tomorrow and then hopefully they will be able to see why nothings showing up and I keep getting an error message whenever I put in my code.They told me to try to put the code in from the offical sims 3 site instead of through my page and it did the same thing.I will let you know if this issue gets fixed,cause I must be doing something wrong if the code's alright.

please do SuttiPutt i wa shoping you'd be playing in HS by now it is a lovely town perfect for fae sims AND some nice community lots the rabbit hole spa is imo really nice and aesthetically  pleasing  deffo worth saving to the libiary to use in other towns

Update I was finally get back a hold of EA ,they told me that my code was unused and had no idea why it was showing as invalid,so they gave me a new code and I went back into the sims3 offical site and put in the code for hidden springs and this time it worked and I was able to go into my purchase history and there it was for download.I checked it in the game as well and everything seemed to of been working fine.Thanks for the help and the suggestions.
