I can't transfer my expansions between computers

Between 2016 and 2017 I bought several of the Sims 3 expansions and enjoyed playing them on my computer until my computer broke down just before I had to move in 2021. I ended up buying a new computer in, but when I logged into my account EA didn't even recognize that I owned the baseline game. I got frustrated when nothing I tried back then fixed it so I ended up re-purchasing the game and some of the expansions.

A friend of mine recently got my old computer running for me again and even after logging into my account from that computer, it did not recognize that I had the expansions even though I can access them in the game that is launched from the new EA app on that computer. My purchase history is blank and even though I managed to request a data sheet that shows different purchases, I cannot find any activation codes or anything useful. 

Ideally, I would like to find a way to get the activation codes for the expansions off my old computer somehow and then get reimbursed for the duplicate expansions (even if it just allows me to buy additional expansions I never got).
