@bev6usa Please uninstall Monte Vista through the launcher. Next, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > InstalledWorlds and delete the MonteVista.world file if it's still there. Then open ...The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the MonteVista file there. Finally, download a fresh copy from the Store site and reinstall it.
