i give up on the sims :(
i have no been able to play sims 3 since 2021 or 2. ☹️ i think... sad you can't play old games. i don't have a cd/dvd drive in pc so i can't even buy it that way. ☹️

@sparkleberry333 I would like to try to help you, but I need more details about what exactly the problem is. External CD drives are cheap, and you could borrow one from a friend if you wanted to make sure it worked before purchasing your own. And you should be able to register your discs with EA if you haven't already; or else sign into the account where you previously registered the content, then download everything from the EA App.
