I got robbed then robber left and my alarms are still going off!

On the Sims 3 ~ Disk in my laptop Island Paradise~a burglar came to my house, the alarms went off. the police came and glitched out by not leaving my house. I then used the cheat resetsim* the police...

     try ctrl+shift+c hold all three together then in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in AlwaysAllowBuildBuy true (hit enter) then ctrl+shift+c moveobjects on then try grab the alarm and delete it turn the cheats off in reverse order moveobjects off and AlwaysAllowBuildBuy false
