I keep having an error message pop up when trying to install the sims 4 on a Mac
I keep having this message pop up when trying to install the Sims 4 on my Mac through the Origin application: 'We've encountered a problem. An unexpected installation error has occurred. First, try restarting your computer. If this doesn't resolve the issue you can take the following steps: 1) Temporarily disable your virus scanner/ firewall 2) Run the Origin Client in administrator mode 3) Reboot your machine and try installing again Error: 327682:0.
I have tried all 3 steps and this message pops up every time I try to install.
What should I try next?

@Tica1017 What operating system does your computer run? If it's Catalina, then you won't be able to install or play Sims 3, as the game is 32-bit, and Catalina is 64-bit only.
