The chip you have is below specs. You should have at least 128 MB of dedicated memory but you have only 64 MB.
I would suggest lowering your graphic settings. Since you can play for 3-4 hours, you can try shutting the game down after about 2 and restart the game.
Save at least every half hour using save as and different names where you save in circles
<save>1, <save>2, ... <save>5>, <save>1 ...
