I redeemed a Sims 3 code, but it did not download.

Pretty much as the title says. I used the code from the copy of Sims 3 Supernatural that I own. It took me through the redemption process in the EA app but when I clicked on "Download", nothing happened. Now, when I try re-entering the code, it says that it has already been redeemed? Is there something that I am missing?
