I WANT MY MONEY BACK.... NOW!

In a different thread I indicated I was having issues with downloading The Sims 3 game. I started the download yesterday (26 February) at 3:44 PM and as of right this moment it has only reached 49%!!!...

    "Someone with authority" - is not going to answer. The HQ is about users helping users, we do the best we can. If you want to scream and yell at EA, try contacting them yourself: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

I have now un-installed the Origin software and my computer is running like normal once again.  So you folks have two options:  1) return my money or 2) send me the game on DVD (only if it is a stand along product and doesn't require Origin to operate)!!!!!

I would suggest that someone with authority respond to this thread!

I am going to my bank today to see what recourse I have with getting my money back!
